Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project and confirm your place in my schedule.
For most projects, this will be 50% of the agreed total, with the remaining balance due before final files are supplied, published or scheduled.

For ongoing monthly services, payment is required in advance at the beginning of each agreed service period.
Work will begin once the deposit or initial payment has been received and any required content, information and access have been provided.

Project dates are not reserved until payment has been made.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before being charged.
